we took the bus but actually you could just walk verywhere and see the sights and you don't have to pay 23 euro per Person, wifi is not working on it. but was full and crowded even beginning of may.

The ticket gives you two bus routes. The first in and around the city. The second up to Fiesole which is an ancient (now looking that way now) that overlooks the valley where Florence is. The two routes give a three hour tour in total...More

Two different routes with one taking 45 minutes and one that takes 2 hours with a 25 minute stop. So much information shared with you but at times the people announce stops over the top of the information - which can be frustrating. Over all...More

Ghastly experience. One bus drove past us. Commentary was out of sync. Dreadful music on headphones. Waxing lyrical peotically about Florence rather than provide interesting history information. Staff couldn't care less and we were told a stop was across the road but it was 200...More

We always do a City Sightseeing tour if there is one as it gives you so much information you would not necessarily get. This is an audio tour and has 2 routes. One is the city centre which we did on one day and the...More

I am so glad I did the hop-on hop-off bus in Florence! I had read mixed reviews - but I had a blast! i did it on my third day in town. I had already walked around, gone to some churches and museums, and now...More

The best way to get around the city to be honest you can't go wrong. It's quite expensive the bus ticket but it's OK. Hop on hop off at any stop you like and the bus service runs very late compared to other cities. Some...More

Whilst this bus tour doesn't actually go to the three 'central attractions' of Il Duomo, Palazza Vecchio, and Uffizi museum, it's a must if you want to see spectacular views of Firenze from Palazza Michelangelo and up in the hills of Fiesole as well as...More

This is not a good Hop on Hop off bus. The bus stops are not clearly marked and the app is just a waste and not correct at all on real time arrivals. The city bus will also take you to places like Plaza Michelangelo...More

A great way to get an overview of the area. Of particular interest was the Line B tour out of the city. This was a real treat, didn't take long but provided another taste compared to the bustling city. The views of the countryside are...More

Santa Maria Novella
Santa Maria Novella train station welcomes the
majority of the people arriving in Florence, which
might explain the hectic pace. Commuters and tourists
come across the constant hustle and bustle of the
station before exiting, taking a few steps and
stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It
is impossible not to admire the the square, housing
one of the most charming basilicas in Florence. The

The bus would accommodate wheelchairs however I think this will limit you to the lower deck only.
