Lovely!

The Via Faenza is a lively street in the city center of Firenze. Loads of restaurants, cafes, bars, etc and quite close to everything the city has to offer. Nice

We booked a room in a hotel at this street and first we found that it was close to the Railway Station but day by day we discovered how central this street was. Restaurants, cafes, hotels, central market, large and small groceries, flea market but the most interesting was Alice’s Mask Studio-Via Faenza 72R. Don't miss it. A treasure of... More

Didn't realise when we booked our hotel it was in such a great location. Lots of eating places, gelato stores, close to the central market and station. Very buzzy at night and feels safe. Good direct walk to the Duomo and on to other spots in Florence.

If you leave the Santa Maria Novella train station from the back, down one street and you are at via Faenza. Fun street with nice boutique hotels... we stayed at Porta Faenza and enjoyed the stay. Lots of corner coffee bars, close on to the Mercato Centrale and San Lorenzo. Nice neighborhood.

Mainly pedestrian street and such a friendly neighbourhood. Good selection of bars, restaurants, market stalls and shops. Loved the atmosphere on a warm summers night.

We stayed in Il Ghiro Guesthouse on this street. It is a great street full of all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants and full of life. There is a great buzz about it and we enjoyed walking home on this street.

Go to Via Faenza during the evening for a lovely stroll. It is not very crowded and you can eat at any trattoria and pizzeria. Also, you get many little shops selling souvenirs at good prices. Gelaterias are also available with the famous Italian ice cream.
