Home to many statues and the 'fake' david, which is suprisingly on point when comparing it to seeing the real one just an hour before. A nice clock tower and museum in the centre also!

This is a lovely square, although the fountain is undergoing restoration so you can't see Neptune (but it has to be done at some point). Rivoire is the place to get a great drink with snacks.

Again, this is a very interesting location in Florence. The outside statues are great to take photographs and people watching as tourists are walking around in a busy location of the city of Florence.

The sculptures were amazing! The fake David is out there. But some real sculptures are out there as well. Beautiful!

This Piazza (plaza) is a great place to people watch or have a cafe meal. You can see the (smaller) copy of Michelangelo's David and take in multiple other beautiful sculptures along the edge of the piazza that include Perseus with Medusa's head and the...More

My wife and I did not use a wheelchair during this part of our visit so I cannot say for sure whether everything is handicap accessible.

Is the snorkeling good here?
10 June 2015|
Response from BradJill | Reviewed this property |
No the snorkelling is rubbish due to the high number of statues, loggias and palace buildings getting in the way. The complete lack of water beyond that of the basin of the Fountain of Neptune would also be a problem for... More
