Love Duets’ Concert: you do not have to be a lover of Italian Opera to enjoy this wonderful evening. It’s set in a small church from 1800’s. You have a piano, soprano & tenor performing Opera’s love song and Italian love songs. The setting and performance is overwhelmingly powerful. You’ll be moved to tears by the emotions. Not to be missed.

We visited this church for an evening of opera, not being massive opera fans and unsure if we could actually sit through an entire opera we noticed that st. Marks Anglican Church in Florence hosted several evenings of operatic performances starting from €25 each approximately....More

Fabulous evening. Not too long and not too short. Great variety of arias in a very relaxed setting - I even felt I could cough without troubling the artistes or my fellow audience!!

If you have never been to an opera or are a seasoned visitor this could not fail to please. The setting is like a private drawing room setting and the singers are all great actors and singers. Franz comes out at the beginning of each...More

As keen opera goers and having watched opera of all types in major venues across the world we can tell you that there just isn’t anything quite as special as the intimate performances that you will experience in St Marks. The first thing to know...More

Came here with my family early May for Carmen. I had booked in advance and had front row seats which were virtually part of the set! The performance is in a small church and is a great experience if you fancy a bit of basic...More

After a pleasant meal in an atmospheric restaurant reminiscent of a wine cellar, the love songs program included two professional opera singers and an accomplished pianist. The quality was high, the program well rounded, and setting intimate and wonderful (being in a small chapel with...More

We visited Florence in early June for my sister in laws birthday, and wanted to give her a memorable visit. As none of us had been to an opera before, we chose Madame Butterfly as it contained music we would recognise and could relate to...More

Santo Spirito / San Frediano
A warm evening with a cocktail in your hand and great
company is the ideal way to experience Piazza Santo
Spirito; the area is busiest at sunset for happy hour.
Visitors cannot hide their astonishment sitting on the
staircase under the Basilica of Santo Spirito, and
they cannot help but stare at the architectural
masterpieces like Bianca Cappello House, Fontana dello
Sprone and San Frediano in Cestello and Santa Maria
