Love Duets’ Concert: you do not have to be a lover of Italian Opera to enjoy this wonderful evening. It’s set in a small church from 1800’s. You have a piano, soprano & tenor performing Opera’s love song and Italian love songs. The setting and performance is overwhelmingly powerful. You’ll be moved to tears by the emotions. Not to be missed.

Opera at St Mark's is one of those most rare experiences in life - reality exceeding expectation! The singing is great (well mostly), the atmosphere compelling and the setting enchanting. But, what makes an evening at the opera in St Mark's memorable is the immediacy...More

We were scrolling through tripadvisor on a rainy day while visiting Firenze when we ran across the Opera at St. Mark's Anglican Church. The reviews for the meal portion weren't appealing, so we opted just to see the opera. It was absolutely wonderful! Don't overpay!...More

We attended a nice concert here on New Year's Eve. Contrary to some things I had read online, the dress did not need to be super formal. The church itself was beautiful, but be prepared to sit in the pews which are not super comfortable....More

Fabulous time in Florence with charming Franz Moser, lovely soprano Claudia Ciabattini and a heartbreaking baritone Franz Moser. An absolute must!

Amazing that this church can support such a wonderful setting for opera. I was with husband who performed in earlier years, with a scholarship music major, and a tour guide who used to perform, and we all thought the performance of Love Duets was spectacular....More

Do not miss this intimate experience. On three occasions we took friends out for a brief dinner and then introduced them to moving , quality performances in this small lovely church. Delightfully run . You feel part of the family. R and D, Perth. Australia

My friends and I loved this. The setting is intimate and we felt part of it. Madame Butterfly and Suzuki were portrayed beautifully and subtly. The expressions and movements were just perfect. All performers were very professional, with excellent voices. The pianist was very accomplished...More
