We went in May with some friends, and we're told to buy a certain ticket when the guy selling it knew we wanted to see inside and the gardens. He only sold us the inside and it was the more expensive ticket. So buy carefully...More

After being told it was a 15 minute walk I had great expectations. To me, a garden means flowers -- of which there were little. Some of the views were okay, aimed away from central Florence. The path behind Pritti Palace was so, so, so...More

Go there for relaxing and or a nice lil picnic. Its a really large garden with many hidden gems. You also get great view of florence and near by areas. But 10 euro is too much price for visiting a garden

Even in the early evening it was very hot, which combined with the mozzies and the gradients meant we did not stay long. Beautiful to hear the orchestra for an evening concert rehearsing.

I am not sure about the gardens. If you bought tickets just for the gardens it should not be a problem, if is for the Pitti Palace then it could be. I would ask them.
