The bar itself has a nice flair, kind of a library style. We got strong cocktails for just 6 euros and free snacks that were included, which they even full filled. You could also sit outside and the waitress were really nice and friendly.

Very nice resting place on the outskirts of the most touristy part of Florence. The Panzanella was really good and the Piazza Santo Spirito had a nice outdoor market, where we bought some locally designed garments.

We stumbled in to Volume when the Sunday Street Market on the Square was underway. A thoroughly charming coffee shop and bar by night, it is eclectic, with quirky art on the walls, centuries old architecture and super cool and friendly staff. Volume gets busier as the day proceeds and they have some wonderful local musicians playing at night. Great... More

Gnocchi Gorgonzola very tasty - but be prepared as it is rich. Friendly staff, had to wait a few minutes for an outside table as the place is very popular.

Two Italian beers for €10. Nice complementary snacks. Good service. Outdoor seating is also available. Be sure to check out their awesome wood sculpture collection on the book shelf inside.

I came here a bunch when I was in Florence for a few weeks as we were staying only a few streets away. This is a great place to come for coffee or an afternoon wine with friends or just by yourself. The place is transformed at night and you're lucky to get a spot inside. The staff are great... More

Great and reasonable spot for drinks or late night food and drink. It's tucked away from the main tourist areas and in a nice piazza with a few other restaurants and bars. Definitely a good place to drink after dinner

I used to LOVE going to Volume- especially for their Negroni cocktails during happy hour. I wrote a wonderful article about them a few years back and have recommended this bar to many people. Lately, I began going during the day to write with my colleagues. Yesterday, I asked some friends to meet me there in the afternoon. Well, the... More

Great little place which used to be an old carpenters workshop on a wonderful piazza which is bustling day and night. Really cool and quirky inside with great decor, with great value wine, beer, cocktails, smoothies and coffee. The food looked great too. But the best bit is the aperitivo, from 18:00-21:00 snack food adorns the bar and is placed... More
