Massimo is one of the best guides I have ever had. Foremost, he is a very intelligent, well spoken, and genuine person. He quickly tuned into my travel needs and interests. He has great passion for Tuscany and is very well suited for his work. He is great at logistics, he knows his history, and he is a superb conversationalist.... More

My party of four, cruising from Rome to Ft. Lauderdale, recently enjoyed a private tour of Pisa and Florence. Our tour guide, Osvaldo, was exceptional. After a stop in Pisa for some photos, Osvaldo took us to his home town of Florence for an amazing afternoon of sightseeing, including spectacular views of the city. We had a wonderful time on... I had put together a trip from Rome to Paris for a group of six adults from 30s to 60s, and frankly I was stressed out; like someone trying to herd cats. While I'm generally loathe to join tour groups, a good friend of mine recommended this company to me, which she had used twice before. The idea of allowing... More

This is the second time my wife and I have used Tuscany in Tour to plan an entire trip in Italy, and once again the trip was flawless, exceedingly well planned and great fun. Part of the attraction is the ace driver / "insider expert" and genuinely intelligent Massimo. The owner, Max, can seemingly make any reasonable request come to... More

Massimo ( aka Max) was a wonderful guide! He connected with my niece (17) and nephew ( 15) as well as the adults. My niece was able to speak with Massimo in Italian. He is very knowledgeable and we could feel his passion! Very personable and funny! We can't wait to return and we will be contacting Massimo when we... More

We looked at 3x tours and decided a full day tour with our own driver would work better. 4 to 6 X would be a no brainer! I can highly recommend Max. He is a good local guide, he is knowledgable on history, where to go and is generally friendly guy. We had a most enjoyable full day for €300... More

Great tour, Max was knowledgable and his English was good enough to understand easily. We went to some really nice places recommended by Max but options were flexible so we could do what we wanted to do.

The title of the review said it all, and is absolutely true, but here are the details: My wife and I have never been to Italy. I initially just wanted to go to Florence for a few days but after speaking to some friends, we figured we needed to go to Rome and Venice as well. I didn't really want... More

I was part of a big group and did daily tours for 4 days (Venice, Tuscany, Rome and Pompeii-Sorrento), Massimo is our driver/tour guide and offered very good suggestions for our trip esp in Tuscany. He and the other guys are very friendly and the tours were very well-coordinated. Our tour guides in Rome and Pompeii (Teo and Pina, respectively)... More

This was a great experience from the beginning of the booking process with Max, to the drive with Massimo from Venice to Florence with stops at Lamborghini and Ferrari along the way! Max was knowledgeable, patient, kind and super helpful during the planning process and Massimo was fabulous! He was friendly, helpful and made some terrific recommendations! We would definitely...
