Beautiful, Fun, and Delicious!!

It was a crisp breezy Fall day with intermittent sun and a few rain drops, but that did not take away from this wonderful experience. The views were beautiful and calming. It only took about 25 minutes after being picked up to get to the villa. Walking in you are welcomed by the lovely host, Antonella. And then you see the beautiful views from her home!
The setting is very calming! We loved the cooking experience as everything was explained and demonstrated very well. We made 3 courses and a desert...all were scrumptious! And of course we drank wine throughout the process!
This is a must for all....even it you don't cook!

It was an amazing experience. Antonella is such a wonderful hostess and the villa was perfect, just beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The recipes were very simple and authentic and the food we produced was delicious. Antonella was even able to accommodate my partner who had a food allergy and couldn't eat one of the dishes. They were in no rush, the whole experience was very laid back so it ended up being a full-day experience. Would definitely recommend.

A Culinary Adventure Outside of Florence

We had a fantastic time at the cooking class. The villa overlooks the beautiful Tuscan countryside, and the food was absolutely delicious. My wife and I enjoyed making and eating souffles, pasta, sauce, chicken, and tiramisu.
We enjoyed our class with another couple and a lone traveler who made the experience even better. Antonella, Manuela, and Paolo were great hosts. The experience provided us with a much-needed day away from the busy cities and tourist destinations.

If you're in Florence, you have to try this class out. We left with full bellies and great memories!

The Highlight of Our Trip to Florence

Our group of three spent an absolutely fabulous afternoon cooking with Antonella and Manuela at the most gorgeous villa just outside of Florence. Even the most inexperienced cook of our group was able to easily follow the instructions for the multi-
course meal we prepared using fresh seasonal local ingredients. The setting of the villa is stunning. We so enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the beautiful valley below while we ate the fruits of our labors. Thank you SO much, Antonella, for the experience of a lifetime!

Who wouldn’t love cooking outside with views of Tuscany.
Antonella and Manuela both made prep work fun and provided lots of helpful tips.
Got to meet 4 new friends and enjoyed the fruits of our “labor “
Would heartily recommend this experience to anyone who wants to learn the Tuscany style of cooking

Amazing experience!

We had such a wonderful time during this cooking class and would 100% recommend it to anyone! Paolo picked us up at the meeting point and drove us to the villa, which is stunning with incredible views. Antonella led us through the class with all locally sourced, fresh, delicious food and taught us how to prepare everything. The food was delicious and so fresh - we left feeling full and so happy.

Antonella and Paulo welcomed us into their home for this class and it feels very intimate and charming. It was just us and one other very nice couple - we had a great time. Again, the views of the Tuscan countryside can’t be beat!

10/10!!

More than a cooking class - an Italian experience!

We were delighted that we chose to leave Florence for a day to experience the beautiful countryside and amazing food. The views from the villa were breathtaking, and we really enjoyed each of the dishes we made, as well as the wine that was served. I would highly recommend this experience - and I can't wait to make the recipes at home!

We loved the cooking part instructions and the food itself was very good. We loved how they picked us up and both the husband and wife were very kind people: their chef was amazing and we loved the grounds. It was a very intimate and homely home, which was great for for us. We took our time with everything ad we didn’t feel rushed at all.

Wonderful experience in beautiful Tuscan hillside!

We had 6 of us from 18-82 participating in the class and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience!! From riding with Paolo to the venue, to Antonella's warmth and cooking eating and sipping on wine and lemoncello could not be beat.... They were kind, patient and informative and we loved all of it!! Try it, kids, ladies, moms, and boyfriends all will love it!!

AMAZING private cooking experience with a kind and patient host

Antonella and her husband and friend that we were with all day were SO LOVELY! We actually ended up being the only people this day so it was a private lesson! You get there and Antonella greets you at the gate and lets you relax with a beverage of choice and take in the beautiful views at their private villa which were breathtaking! She has a B&B also if anyone wants to stay here! We got cooking and nothing was overly complex or challenging but they taught the value of quality simple ingredients. We got a few laughs through language barriers but they were so sweet and patient. Made zucchini soufflé, pasta and sauce, biscuits, and fruit covered chicken which sounded odd but was quite good! All in all a lovely 5 hour experience that was so relaxing and enjoyable. LOVED every minute. One of our favorite activities the whole 9 day trip!
