It was an exceptional experience for me to be in Firenze this summer: I lost my wallet. But it was bearable for me to go through this moment. I am grateful that Marco gave me his time and patience to help me to go to some police offices and also Western Union. Sadly my wallet still not be founded. However, I had a great experience meeting Marco. By the way I was the only student that he had, because in this Corona period, hardly people coming to Italy. But, this is a great moment for me because I could have an extensive conversation and learning with Marco. We talked a lot about food, being chef, about family, etc. We made great traditional italian dishes. I get a lot of insights from him and also tips how to make pasta sauce, dessert, and fresh pasta. I am so glad that I could learn about it from him. Marco is full of passion person. He knows what he wants and what he can do in his life. I enjoy being his student. Thank you very much, Marco. I wish you fullfill your dreams and passions.
Best wishes

My sister and I had the most fantastic day with Isak and Carmella. Walking the market, talking and learning from Isak and the merchants to the bus ride up into the hills around Florence - the kitchen was phenomenal, the pace and interactivity of the course was comfortable and non-threatening. For me the highlight was learning how to make pasta and wanting to repeat the experience. Isak and Carmella add joy to learning and cooking and we cannot thank them enough for this experience.

From the food market shopping, the private bus ride to the compound and the breathtaking views of the custom built hill side kitchen..... I didn't think live was worth living till I experienced this cooking class! Isaac was a phenomenal, extremely talented chef/host and translator to Carmela's 100% all Italian spoken instructions and directions. Their personalities blended PERFECTLY and made the day THE HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Florence!! Please, trust me... book this trip if you are looking!

Booked this afternoon cooking class with Walkabout Florence not only was it funny, entertaining, interesting and we learned a lot. It took place 15 minutes outside Florence a place situated over viewing the beautiful Tuscan landscape. The 2 chefs on the 17th of July were absolute fantastic, they even managed to get my reluctant teenagers interested. We had a wonderful afternoon/evening

Maybe our favorite day in all of Italy! First a tour of the market with our guide/chef Isak. While I might have wandered the market on my own, I certainly would not have appreciated the insights Isak shared (and the samples from friendly vendors) while we shopped for our dinner. Then a short trip to the countryside to a fabulous cooking facility (how do I fit that stove in my kitchen?) for lessons with Isak and the charming Carmella, along with wine and comradery with our fellow students. We prepared a fabulous meal, if I do say so myself! This is a great experience for the novice and chef alike, I consider myself a modestly experienced cook, and I took home some new hints, a new olive wood spoon, and great memories. Don't miss this!

My 80 year old mom and I did this fun cooking class in an absolutely beautiful Tuscan farmhouse with gorgeous views of the Tuscan countryside with Walkabout Tours Florence. (We also did 2 other tours with Walkabout Tours Florence: Cinque Terre Hiking Day Trip from Florence with terrific Martina and Tuscany in One Day Sightseeing Tour with wonderful, Elisa, and ❤️ Them both!).

It was our first time making pizza and gelato and Max, Luigi and Ludivico were kind, patient and absolutely hilarious, very entertaining and professional.
We had a fabulous time and would love to do it again.

Grazie mille Max, Luigi and Ludivico!!

A fun cooking class and enjoyed the chefs humor and family at our table. We met up at piazza republic and walked together (10 minute) to school beside market. Great break from sights and we all made our own dough and added our toppings. Chianti with pizza

We had the most enjoyable day with Marco our chef and leader! We started out in Florence, went to the Farmers Market and did some tastings of fruit, cheeses & other goodies! Then we headed up to The Diadema Cooking school near Chianti. There were 12 of us in our group, everybody was lovely! We made Bolognese Sauce, homemade raviolis, marinara sauce and Tiramisu! What a blast drinking wine & dining with such fun people🇮🇹🍷🍷!

MARCO was the best!! I recommend this highly and give it a 5 * review!! Ciao & allura!!
