A wonderful museum, very interesting way to exhibit pieces of art - sculptures are positioned back first so you need to walt around them if you want to see the front. Really original. Trionfo della morte gives you an interesting perspective on death. Worth contemplating.

Where they have the painting you can see it from the first floor as weasel the ground floor. For me there was far more of an impact when looking at it from the first floor because the room has the amazing high vaulted ceilings plus...More

Part of the art displayed at the sublime Abatellis, this is probably the "Mona Lisa"'of the museum. When renovating the museum, architect Carlo Scarpa remodeled a chapel to properly bathe it with light and give it a worthy home. The fresco is still fresh today,...More
