Giardino Inglese is a nice little oasis in the city. It's not really a destination, but I would absolutely walk through and enjoy if you are in the area.

Surprisingly nice little urban park auto parts are in severe disrepair. Plenty of clean benches on which to sit. No immediate sign of vagrants or panhandlers.

Such a disappointment after walking across the city to find a fairground set up in the park. So much for a peaceful walk in nature away from the traffic and bustling people!
There is a really beautiful sculpture which is surrounded by graffiti, see picture, and some nice trees but nothing special. There was also rubbish spread around everywhere which seems to be a common feature of the streets and green spaces.

A pretty and characterful garden just off the major road that runs through nearly the whole centre of the city.
Very pleasant for a bit of a stroll and a chat.
I wouldn't make a special trip to visit the garden- we were staying nearby- but if you are in the area it's definitely worth a look.

I walked around the English garden in winter, and it was so beautiful! I suppose the garden is even more beautiful in the spring and summer ... Anyway, I enjoyed the sun that eats but does not burn and I enjoyed the beauty of the garden.

Good for some moments of rest on a bench. The parc is not that big though so do not expect too much. Small bar in the main square.

On a reasonably warm day, if you happen to be in the vicinity pop in for a sit in the shade and listen to the shrill of the insects and a little peace from the traffic and bustle of via Liberta. I wouldn’t go out of your way to come but if your passing - lovely.

A lovely place to sit and relax away from the heat if the city.
There is a lovely little cafe in the middle. Just chill out for a while and enjoy people watching under the shade of some lovely old trees.

Loved the Gardino Inglese....it allows time to relax and take in all that Palermo has to offer. Don’t try to be a tourist but rather enjoy the city
