Interesting to see such detail and history in a fountain located on the main piazza in Messina. Right next door to Duomo del Messina and Clock Tower.

There is so much detail in the fountain. Located right outside an historic church. If you are in the area, stop by the see them both.

Did you arrive at the Bell Tower too early? Take a walk around this gorgeous fountain while you are awaiting the tower show. Very nice!

..it will be impossible to miss it as it sit in the beautiful square in from of the clock tower and the Duomo... one of the most beautiful examples of Baroque fountains..

Piazza Duomo has the most beautiful fountain in the middle of the square. It looks very fancy. I think it is a Baroque style.

This is one of the attractions in Piazza del Duomo- a beautiful fontana describing Orion.It is fenced and therefore it can be only enjoyed from over the iron fence
