We went to the island on the recommendation of a friend.
We contacted the guys from the Molara Cultural Association and immediately understood that we were dealing with a breed that is unfortunately in danger of extinction, that is, enthusiasts who feed on passion and with it make the experience unique.
It is precisely Caterina and Diego's passion that makes the experience not for everyone, as I wrote in the title.
