A superb museum, modern displays, with rich collections filling large cases. The whole of Sardinian Archaeology is here, and much of it is magnificent. There are clean toilets, good cafe, excellent souvenir shop. Closed on Mondays.
If you are in the center of Cagliari, you should visit this museum. The exhibits are presented in a clear, educational way. The explanations help to understand the history of the island and all the objects found in the archeological sites.
