This was a great place for tasty for dolci sardi. We were looking forward to buying some more on our trip to Cagliari this year. However, on our arrival we discovered it has now unfortunately closed down.
Passed through by accident - had taste of - of these lovely Sardenga biscuits - vanilla and ricotta biscuits we liked best- closely followed by almond. Shop owner very friendly and gives and explanation of how different biscuits are made -
If you love Sardinian sweets, you can not miss a place like Durke that prepares them craftily.
If you do not know the Sardinian sweets and are visiting Cagliari, it's good that you go to Durke.

This is a very small shop that makes biscuits the way that their grandmothers did. I like chewy not dry biscuits so I asked the lady and we purchased a few. They don't use flour per say. Its all from almond flour and not wheat....More
We went to Durke as per recommendation from LP. Sorry - the quality is nothing special at all ! You can buy better quality, and more flavoursome, and more cheaply, in several places (including mercatos) in Cagliari and other towns in Sardinia.
