This open-air market in Sardinia's principal city is noisy, busy, colorful and lots of fun.

Our AirBnB accommodation was a 15 minute walk but you can catch the No. 7 bus to the Market. The market was humming when we got there mid morning with tourists and locals. We were looking for supplies for a light dinner and were overwhelmed...More

Best Market in the region. You can find anything your heart desires. Fresh fish , fresh fruit and fresh vegetables. It does not get fresher than this.

Obviously a modern building but still a lot of heart. We bought lots of fruit, wine (no kitchen or we would have bought more), had coffee and a great morning. Go, buy, eat!

Let's hope you are staying at a place where you can cook. You'll want to buy so much. But you can always buy stuffings for sandwiches and fruit. Such a fun atmosphere. Vendors are helpful and appreciative.
