Relics from the history of Vicenza's resistance to foreign and domestic invaders. Artillery outside and arms and uniforms inside. It wasn't crowded on a Sunday morning and we spent about an hour.

Visited Easter Monday. Lovely spot with beautiful gardens, very helpful staff, amazing views back over the sanctuary and church. Very quiet, interesting displays.

Ok but if you wish to visit a really good museum on the Risorgimento, go to the one in Turin. This is worth a visit combined with Monte Berico. Do not go Monday as it is closed.
