Amazing view of the city and some amazing bridges in the sunset. The view is utterly breathtaking and especially during the late hours of the evening and hopefully an amazing orange/golden sunset!

We climbed to the top and were rewarded by amazing views of Verona. It actually reminded me of Piazzale Michelangelo in Florence with the pretty rooftops and the river crossing through the city. We were there in mid-October and the weather was perfect and there...More

We took the funicular up and walked down. The view of the city is very nice. We went back up on another day to have some wine at the restaurant. Very nice place with reasonably priced bottles of wine. Lovely afternoon respite from touring.

On hot days the way up can be very exhausting. But when you're up there, the beautiful view compensates for all your efforts!

Walk or take the funiculare to the top for a fantastic view of Verona. A step down have a glass of wine or beer at the cafe.

The walk is not intimidating as it looks and is so worth the beautiful views you get once at the top. We sat up there for a while, it was really calm, quiet and not full of tourists.
