This art museum is centrally located and has a mix of modern and classic art and sculpture. It is included as part of the Verona day pass.

This galleria is right beside the old brick medievil city walls of Verona. The art museum is ok for 15 minutes after that it's time to move on to other sites in historic Verona.

We visited the nearby tower and our ticket included entrance to the art museum. I am glad we visited, the gallery is not too big and we enjoyed the painting apart from the very modern gallery ( i don't enjoy the Tate Modern either). We...More

Just below the Torre deii Lamberti is the museum of modern art. The art pieces range from the 19th C (is this really modern art? - either way, some of the paintings are excellent - and political, reflecting the founding of the nation!) up to...More

A combined ticket with Torre dei Lamberti gets you in to the Galleria at €5 (reduced). Not a huge gallery and quite a manageable visit. Open space with paintings and sculpture and also the Chapel of Notaries ( a wedding was due in there as...More

A disappointing experience. I arrived to see the Picasso exhibit and was informed that photos were permitted 'with phone only'. Why? Who cares if the photo is taken with a camera or a phone. A photo is a photo is a photo. Most art museums...More
