In the morning we did the walking tour with Erika. Very good English and very interesting and knowledgeble explanation of all to be seen in the city of Verona. Interesting facts and stories about history and architecture. In the afternoon we visited the Arena with Valeria, also very good English and very intersting and pleasant viewing experience. So, just very... More

As part of our Italy vacation in the late spring of 2017 myself and 5 others took a 1/2 day tour with Lorella Mostacchi of Verona Tours. She came recommend from our Rick Steve's Italy tour book. Contact via email to arrange the tour was easy. We arrived in Verona from Padova in mid morning and had lunch at one... More

We had organized a 3 hour tour with Lorella on a Tuesday, April 25th. This was our first full day in Verona and unfortunately we were running late. I called Lorella and she waited for us, however, our tour would be cut short because she had another tour right afterwards. April 25th is a holiday in Italy, celebrating the day... More

We took the one hour arena tour. It made the visit to the arena much more interesting and enjoyable. If we hadn't took the tour we probably would have just popped our head in for a quick picture and left. With the tour we were able to appreciate the arena and its history. Was a one hour well spent.

We booked the lunchtime tour of Verona. Our guide was friendly informative, and you could tell loved working and living in Verona. She took us (we were the only 2 on the tour) round the popular and historic places, and pointed out other places to visit. It gave us a real feel for the city, it's history and culture and... More

We took our three children aged 9, 6 and 3 on the Safari in Verona tour with Valeria. The kids loved it! They walked 3 hours without complaint and were very interested in all of the sights. I don't usually do guided tours, but this experience made a city visit so much more pleasurable with kids. I highly recommend Valeria... More

We had half a day in Verona and were lucky to have Lorella as our guide in the city. In that short time she made us fall in love with the town, opened our eyes to its rich history and made us feel local and welcome at the same time. And our teenager was fascinated as well, by the way.... More

Valeria was a fantastic tour guide, and most importantly was able to capture my daughter's attention (who is 7) at every stage of the tour! I loved that she had hands on demos, for example, at the Arena she brought blocks to for us construct an arch to help bring to life the architecture and the amazing feat at building... More

I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely and intelligent Lorella for a historical tour of Verona. She has a way of bringing you back in time to understand the history and the particularities of the region and as a local, she has personal antedotes to enhance your appreciation of this charming city. You will definitely be educated about the... More
