Piazza dei Signori is the heart of Verona. Its perimeter is surrounded by historical buildings. On the piazza we find the Palazzo del Comune , the Palazzo del Capitanio, monument Dante,, and the Loggia del Consiglio. The buildings are dating from the 14th Century.

Really just a square with a statue of Dante. Nothing special to see.

A great square with a statue of Dante in the centre and atmospheric coffee shops at one end overlooked by the Lombarti Tower which is accessible to the public and provides panoramic views over the historic city

Going to Verona and non seeing the monument of Dante and the building of the Comune is like going to Roma and not going to San Pietro

Great place to visit, the buildings around represent many different time periods of italian architecture and at the base you can see a roman street. This is a,ust, and if you can sit at one of the restaurants outside and have a meal, you will feel as if you are in a movie, beautiful architecture, people walking around, sitting, kids... More

Historically, Erbe was where the ladies gathered and signori was where the happenning guys gathered before a night on the town. Nothing commercial going on but beautiful architecture and another must-see

A picturesque square behind Piazza Erbe. Well worth a look. Unfortunately, some of the buildings are being restored so it's not as pretty as it will be.

Although just one block back from the busy Erbe it was very quiet although the Dante statue and surrounds were nice to visit.
