We went to see the string quartet for a Vivaldi evening. It was really magical. The music was beautiful, the costumes amazing and the venue was stunning. They also run operas there - unfortunately the opera was not on when we were there, otherwise we...More

We attended the quattro stagioni Vivaldi concert by I Musici Veneziani and were disappointed by the skills of the musicians. The group is not good at all, the lead violinist however was outright disastrous playing the violin far too harsh and only trying to impress...More

We decided on a whim to attend a symphony here and were amazed with every aspect. The price was very reasonable for the experience and the music (a selection of Vivaldi with a concentration on the Four Seasons) was wonderful! The building itself is beautiful...More

Set in a lovely, mid-sized, period theatre, a small 6-7 piece orchestra "I Musici Veneziani" performs Vivaldi's Four Seasons (also a lovely rendition of Pachelbel's Canon), dressed in period costume. I know a little about music and found it a good-average performance, but my two...More

Found this venue on line and it was a bit of a last minute decision to go. Took my thirteen year old daughter who was not too enthusiastic. However, the quality of the music was excellent and the size of the venue gave it a...More

We are just back from the Vivaldi's Four Season. We had a wonderful time. Nice enough performance from the musical standpoint (not ANNE-SOPHIE MUTTER quality) and interesting antique costumes to take you back in time... You get more than you pay for.More

Great concert and a great way to combine the culture, history, and music of Venice for our kids. Program was not too long and Vivaldis music is Fairly recognizable even today to young children and teens. Glad we did it!!

I think it depends on the type of performance, but when we saw the Vivaldi Symphony in November, everyone was dressed in business casual: slacks and button downs for men, dresses or slacks/blouse for women.
