This was an unexpected gem. We hadn’t expected to go to a concert in Venice and this became one of the highlights of our first ever visit to Italy. The setting is grand but not overwhelming. The art, like much in Italy, jaw dropping. The...More

We run into this place and learned that it had performance that included Antonio Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, we decided not to pass the opportunity since it is the birth place of the music. Although it is performed in a church, the acoustics was wonderful and...More

I attended a Vivaldi Concert at this Chiesa. The musicians were absolutely amazing and I would return to Venice just to hear them again. You can't put a price on hearing and experiencing Vivaldi's music played in one of his churches.

We had the pleasure of experiencing Vivaldi’s Four Seasons in the church. The experience was truly superb, the location, music, proximity to the musicians, their skill and passion made the evening unforgettable. A real privilege to be there

There are a lot of Vivaldi Four Seasons around in Venice. However, this one is the real deal, performed in the church Vivaldi knew and composed for. There is a lovely acoustic. The performers are professional in their manner and do not milk things for...More

I had high hopes when I booked a ticket for Vivaldis Four Seasons in Vivaldis church. I've been to performances in Manchester, London and Singapore, and have listened to many performances on record and CD. Antonio Aielle must have had a gondola to catch as...More

Free to go in and see Tiziano; don't pay for the entrance to the Sacrament - total scam; you sit in a hot room with a dozen paintings and no access to the other rooms. complete waste of money.

Castello is the largest of the six sestieri
