Loved this performance of the Four Seasons in the Chiesa della Pieta, full of vitality and contrasts. The virtuoso was Antonio Aiello. It was preceded by 3 pieces by Sarasate whom we'd never heard of before. A lovely evening.

Amazing concerto in historical environment. It is lifetime experience listen Vivaldi’s music in his own “home church” - same place what for it was created. We listened “The Four seasons” and it was incredible beautiful.

My husband had booked this concert for us - Rossini to commence followed by Vivaldi's Four Seasons in its entirety. Alberto Martini is a very accomplished musician. It was a lovely concert in beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect end to our day.
