Considering the historical significance..the amount of religious iconography...a very important site of Catholicism. Beautiful and over the top adornment and a wonderful Cloister.

This is a must see Basilia, a little less known of the Basilica but is large and quite unique. The display dedicated to St Antonio is quite impressive including great art paintings

Beautiful church with the tomb of St Anthony that attracts a lot of the Catholic Church's faithful. Free entrance but no photography. It was nice because it was a living church, still used daily and had frequent services going on.

Very simple from the outside, but truly amazing inside. Obviously a very popular destination for pilgrims and tourists alike. There were back to back services going on while we were wandering around admiring the church. Well worth a visit.

Not their fault but when we visited this fine city there was a lot of restoration work taking place to the outside. I sure that it would have looked very beautiful when complete and hope to return one days to see in restored.
