We originally went to se game on San Siro, Milan vs Genoa but accidentally went in Ippodromo to take a picture of Leonardo's Horse. What happened is that race was starting in 30 minutes and we stay to look at it. Amazing experience :-)
We spent a beautiful not ordinary sunday (for Wunder Mrkt event, a big vintage market in the park) watching a race and enjoying the beautiful atmosphere of the arena. The main building is just a perfect historical example of a very fancy building in 30s...More

Racing doesn't start until March , I used San Siro Gallop as a web site it gave really good information on how to get there and everything , we used the metro then a 5 mins walk to the race track . There is a photo gallery on this site of the tracks main meetings for 2016 , the date will roughly be the same for 2017 , 19th June 2016 will probably be 18th June 2017 . General admission is €5 , although on some days it is free .
