Everything has its beauty and mystery, I guess this church does too. Seemed very dark with darker pictures and alter area. Wouldn’t seek it out with everything else there is to do.

A very nice Basilica beside the Ossa Bones church. Very Dark beautiful and peaceful inside. There is no admission fee and worth a 15 minute visit.

We were looking the the Ossuary and thought it was in this church........It is infact just next door! Anyway we went inside and everything was rather dark and dreary with plaster falling off the ceiling, we thought we were on the set of a spooky...More

San Stefano originated in the 5th century and was reconstructed in the 12 century after a fire destroyed it in 1075. The style of the church is now Neoclassic. The main chapel is quite attractive and the church is quite large.
