This statue is everything travel brochures are saying...and more. Grand, exquisitely executed, beautiful location. Just the walk from the subway to the statue allows for a nice immersion into the area architectural, civic, historic and human character.

This is a nice feature in this square which make the piazza look so much better you wouldn't just come here to visit this alone but the whole scene is stunning

We sae the horse in Grand Rapids first. But were glad there was one in Milan also. When we saw it, it was a bit run down area. But still a wonder to see.
