The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.

Great way to see the people and find a deal. 3 euro new soccer jerseys, clothes, handbags. Excellent fresh fruit market. Located at Metro Agostino, also pleasant walk to park/canal near Porto Genova

Long avenue market. Half of it foods, fruits, vegetables, dry food, fish, cheese, meat. The other half clothes, dishes, accessorizes.
If you love markets, go there, otherwise, nothing special.

This is one of the largest farmers markets in Milan. It has an amazing variety of meats , seafood, poultry, cheeses and fruits and vegetables.
Maybe half the market is nonfood. There are adult clothes, children and baby clothes, purses, shoes, kitchen items and more.
Good prices.

A local nighborhood market, operates 2wice a week on tue. and sat.
Its a T shape, the horizontal side is all clothes and small stuff but it is Not a flee market style.
The really fun part is the food side. Wide verity of fruits and veggis, cheese, meat, flowers etc.
You can grab a bite there or in any of the many delis around the market. Good street vibe, nice atmosphere and easy going.
Spend an easy 1-2 hours.

This is a rather large market that extends in almost a T shape. The local produce section was delightful. The other long strip sold a bit of everything. It was very crowded when we went and rather hot so be prepared for a little hustle and bustle and don't take a stroller, it's just too much for the little kiddos. Time to kill ... yes take a stroll.

I always love italy for these flea markets that they showcase.. this one particularly is a must if you are in the city on a saturday or a tuesday!

From bags, dresses, shoes , belts, jeans , household stuff and lots more !

Can get bag full of these things at a very cheap price.

You can try haggling if that works ..market shuts at 5 pm so you have ample of time to look around...

We had such a fun time exploring this market. It had everything you could want for a Saturday morning. A great range of fresh produce, beautiful second hand coats, an amazing selection of clothes at really affordable prices. Every vendor was friendly, helpful and an absolute tourist delight.
