The beautiful Chiesa di San Cristoforo sul Naviglio (XIII century) is a real gem... a great example of a Romanesque Church. Sure, it's not downtown and it would need a restoration work, but you can give this historic place a low score only if you don't understant what you see.

I had a quick stroll while waiting for my motorcycle to become ready. This was a very nice location with the bridge and the canal. The church was unfortunately closed but enjoyed it nevertheless.

it's surely a cute corner of the city, very traditional and picturesque , but apart from the cute church and a wonderful gelateria (Gelateria della Musica), it's not worth the trip towards the borders of the city

nice, chill place to sit, enjoy the sun (if any), observe the nighlife in a lesser frenzy area of the Navigli district. A hip place to sit around with amazing food locations in the very proximity (a great seafood/pizza estaurant, a healthy awesome salad/burger place) and the best gelateria. Not to mention, is a few minutes away from the showrooms... More

I happened to wander into this beautiful church before dinner near the canal and was glad I did. The setting is splendid and the church has a wonderful feeling inside. It is not big, and that adds to the charm of the place.

Incredible to visit such an ancient church. We loved the local stories surrounding Saint Christopher. Take the time to do a boat tour of the canal. Wonderful

Chiesa di San Cristoforo sul Naviglio is a small historical church oozing with charm & character. It comprises on two churches side by side with a mixture of Romanesque & Gothic Architecture. The church is located on Naviglio Grande which is on the canal waterfront. Just a few doors down from Café Brellin. The Navigli district is a fabulous Bohemian... More

A small. ancient church beautifully located on the north bank of Naviglio Grande. After visiting it, you may well enjoy going to one of the many bars, pubs and restaurants just across the canal.

If you go anywhere near Milano Cadorna, you should use an hour of time and visit this really old and original church! Around you can also find nice places to eat (just next to the canal).
