A department store with its various sections as found elsewhere in this model of retail. We visited during the winter sale time and was it crowded! Got to take care of your belongings and be self-aware. The place has one building dedicated to high-end luxury and premium brands and a connected annexe building accessed through its second floor with the other more accessible ones . The selection was varied enough though the buying experience differed from staff to staff. One was confused whether discount is available, other was a bit irritated on being asked to fetch a choice to some others who were very helpful and patient with us. Cash section was helpful in exchange of a product that needed an exchange due to a wrong size given by the sales staff earlier. Overall a decent experience if one is willing to be a bit patient and tolerant!

Chiara Toniutto at GUCCI was so helpful to my needs of purchasing a watch for my mother for her Granddaughters 21st Birthday Present a Stunning Gold ⌚️ Chiara was understanding to my request that this needed to be put on hold overnight and then expressed sold to me as i had a train to catch that afternoon. A new watch was ready to View and then wrapped and boxed and i was on my way. Thanks so much you made my day and we had a few laughs about my niece getting this Beautiful GUCCI ⌚️ for her Birthday 🎁

If you are looking to shop, shop, shop, everything is under one roof. High end designers mixed in with local merchandise. Don't forget to tell them you want the paperwork for the VAT tax so you can get that money back at the airport.

We walked through the department store, pretty typical of any large stores. The attraction is the top floor where the food court is located. Filled with café, bar, specialty food items; also several rooftop restaurants with view to the cathedral. It also has very clean restrooms (free of charge), while on the ground level you would have to pay. We dine at Obica, which we enjoyed and will review separately.

After having a quick look at the fashion, perfumes .... in this huge department store, we took the elevator up to the nice rooftop terrace with an outstanding view of the Domo and the square. You can also find a very interesting food court on the 7th floor. Service on the terrace a little chaotic, but friendly. Prices on the high side, but... hey! You pay for the free view 😉
