Free for kids and only €5 for adults this was good value for money. It's a nice room with approx 20 tanks varying in size, nicely presented in modern looking tanks. Good value for money as something interesting to do in nice cool, air-conditioned surroundingso.

We ran into the Acquario civico by chance, while walking in the Parco Sempione. We had a quick look, but we saw nothing particularly special or extravagant, or anything that would make us recommend it. However if this is the only aquarium there is, and...More

This is probably more aimed at families with small children and school trips with workshops. As an Aquarium it is disappointing and the entire collection, which is not particularly interesting, can be viewed in about 15 minutes.

Went to the aquarium on a fairly warm day so it was nice to be inside. I could tell from the building that it wasn't going to be large. The tanks were interesting and I liked that they presented different types of waterways and their...More

This is not a kind of aquariums with huge tanks and sharks swimming around you, but it is quite fine to spend an hour with the kids inside. The price of 5 euro for the adults (for children the entrance is free) is a bit...More

Situated on the right hand side of Parco Semione, this aquarium can easily be missed due to the fact that it doesn’t look like an aquarium from the outside and the signage isn’t very big so keep your eyes open. With a 5 euro entrance...More

Before you go a warning though - don't expect anything like the Miami Seaquarium ;) Being third oldest aquarium in Europe, it is located in an average size Art Nouveau period building just on the edge of Sempione Park. Ground floor totally occupied by tanks,...More

The aquarium is pretty small, but fun to visit. Lots of different species in several tanks. Takes you no more than 30 mins. Entrance is free during the last hour of the day. Great combination with the castle and the park.

Just one floor with 15-20 tanks of various sizes. Hardly worth 5€. I enjoyed the good A/C though…. 30 Celsius outside.

Well maintained and clean water, cool temperatures inside for a hot summer day outside. In addition to the regular ones, also saw a few stingrays, octopuses and starfishes.
