- FoodiequeeniePembrokeshire, United Kingdom103 contributionsPampering After A Long Day In MilanPerfect way to spend an evening after a busy tiring day exploring the city. We spent over 5hrs in the spa, enjoying drinks, a massage and a delicious buffet. All the experiences in the Spa are fantastic. Loved the Storm Room!Visited October 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 15 October 2023
- Nicky PGlasgow, United Kingdom87 contributionsRelaxing and enjoyable eveningWell I was skeptical after reading so many mixed reviews but it surprised me and was rather enjoyable. Yes it's busy and yes at times you had to wait and let said.u fluencers do there thing but guaranteed their photos and videos are better than mine 😝. We went on a Monday 6pm till close session for €124 euro for the 2 of us. We enjoyed all the rooms and the cinema room was as expected really good and very wet! I was worried for my hair as its mad curly and only on holiday for a few days but the shampoo and conditioner offered in the showers was lovely, dyson hairdryers and straighteners also available. Included was the evening buffet and drinks which also didn't disappoint, you get 2 drinks per person. Enjoyable evening had and would recommend but chose your times and days carefullyVisited October 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 23 October 2023
- Culture7259097 contributionsBusy but good selection of different roomsChaos while checking in. Was so busy and staff not very helpful. Staff at aperitif not very friendly and told us to be as quick as we could and the whole experience felt rushed. Spa its self was very good and clean. Great selection of different rooms!Visited November 2023Travelled with familyWritten 5 November 2023
- Travelboyz07Colchester, United Kingdom181 contributionsWow! One of the best spas we've been too - anywhereWhat a place. Thought we wouldn't need to stay for the whole four hours of our slot - but we enjoyed every minute. There is so much to do - we only discovered some rooms and experiences near the end of our visit. Loved the 'storm' cinema room, the outdoor areas, the sauna in an old tram and the help yourself lunch which was worth the extra.Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 11 November 2023
- Rachel W155 contributionsWorth the hype!We visited in November at around 2.30pm and although it was busy because it’s so big you hardly notice other people. We had a massage too which was great and had 30 mins of free drinks and food included (you get given the time slot when you first walk in). The place runs smooth and we spent around 6 hours. For what you pay it’s incredible value for money. Would recommendVisited November 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 1 December 2023
- TTANDK58 contributionsTicked off the list unsure if I will returnArrived 16th Jan 1600-2100 Was easy to find, out of porta Romano station (by the Macdonalds metro exit) it’s directly opposite. Arrival Very busy , prompted to do the self service checkin which prints your wrist band, it give you a locker number to which you input a number and press enter, it opens to provide the robe, slippers and towel. There was a mini safe also. All the rooms of saunas, pools, etc were busy but managed to see all experience it. Downside for me was just was lots of couples everywhere you went kissing non stop all very young. Definitely expect to see young couples everywhere in tiny thing bikinis lol at 39 years I felt kinda old around all this young loved up teenagers lol Many people like myself included had thier phone and took pics and selfies but didn’t find it intimidating or excessive. Food - at 1800 we got a table and was permitted to 2 drinks , and a small plate of snacks, does not cater well to gluten free intolerances, was mainly self service. Possibly return again but I’m definitely not in a rush to!Visited January 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 17 January 2024
- Grace L12 contributionsGreat unique spa, must see in milan!Had a really nice time here, me and my boyfriend booked an all day pass. It was very crowded but we did go on a Sunday so partly to blame.. Lots of rooms to go in. The food was €39 per person I think, and it was just ham and cheeses ?? Asked if we could leave to get food and come back, they said no :( which is understandable and was fine with this. But the staff was very rude when I asked. Overall has a great time, but defo would eat beforehand as the spread looked dry - however i didn’t actually eat the food so i may be wrong but thought the price was ridiculous for what was being offered.Visited January 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 21 January 2024

- PieterCape Town, South Africa1,680 contributionsOverrated and overcrowdedWe started with the massage, which was probably one of the best I had. They really were good. The saunas and steam baths were crowded with people who were mostly on the phones or chating loadly with each other. There is little spa etiquette. Personally I think it was a waste of money to come here.Visited February 2024Travelled with familyWritten 23 February 2024
- Jeremy JkcLausanne, Switzerland107 contributionsTried once but won’t come back !Nice facilities but some would deserve some renovations. It’s a pity thar phones are allowed inside: horny teenagers and social networks star wannabes couldn’t stop taking videos and selfies which ruined the experience. It’s totally crowded during the day, we were lucky we booked the evening experience. The aperitivo is a nice thing to enjoy (but do brings along the hungry and rude teeenagers and not so young anymore daddies)Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 1 March 2024

Major disappointment. Maybe this will help someone else. My daughter and I looked forward to a special visit to this unique looking spa. I booked ahead, and the only time left was 9:00pm/21:00. Paid €68 each. Closing time on Sundays is listed as 11:00pm/23:00. So I thought it would just about be worth it for 2 hours after a long day in Milan.
But at 10:30pm, a big security guard guy came to the room we and other guests were in and said, “CLOSED! You must leave!” We were very confused and thought maybe it was just that room. But no, all the experience rooms, hot tubs, everything were closed! The only open rooms were the locker rooms. The guard made everyone leave immediately. I said something to a lady in the hall and she said it closes 30 mins before closing time. I said I didn’t see that anywhere. I told her I paid €68 each and cutting the time 25% didn’t seem worth it. She replied, “well you saw the price you paid.” (Um, but I didn’t see it closes 30 mins before closing time!) She told me to go talk to a lady at the front desk, that she could no longer talk to me. Lady at the front desk said it says it on your confirmation of booking. So I pulled up my email confirmation and it actually is in a bunch of fine print in paragraph called “Opening Times”. Right. Obviously they hide that policy. If I had known, I wouldn’t have booked it.
Also, no apertivo, as it does state. Only saw one station with mini paper cups of tea. Outdoor pools and train sauna were not as warm as we’d hope. Face Exercises station just had pumps of some lotion and flat screen with what to do, was off/broken. Kind of gimmicky.
What a rip off.

This was the most horrendous experience I had in my entire 3 week trip to Italy. All of the other bad reviews? Believe them. I am in utter shock at how poorly we were treated.
We arrived 20 min prior to our 75 min massage and spa entrance, only to be told that our appointments were canceled because a masseuse called out from work. Front desk girls don’t speak English and are incredibly rude. Now— there are 2 of us, why were both appointments canceled you ask? The manager tells us… “I don’t know. You can see we are so busy today. We can’t accommodate, so we can give you spa entrance or nothing at all.”
We left. Didn’t get the experience and quite frankly, it was so busy I can’t imagine the place is clean or that great anyway. It is also 30 min outside of the main city away from the Duomo so save your taxi money. Our hotel had a seemingly nice spa menu so I would recommend you check out a hotel spa before booking here.
I might also add, we were the only “non Italian” colored people in the reception area. Do not come here.

I have come to the spa a couple of times (3) in the last 4 years: pre and post Covid. The structure looks beautiful and exclusive, it's a shame that the experience is anything but exclusive for those who pay €60 each to literally stay for 2 hours counted inside. Dirty changing rooms, lockers that open (=you don't close the lock, watch out). Bathrobes and slippers are clearly all the same: zero hygiene (is it nice to use the same things as others? Make them different colors or have customers bring them, making all white bathrobes and identical slippers except for a red/green sticker is not the solution). Time to get into the tub, sauna and whatever else you are already chased away by a nice lady who starts screaming at the top of her lungs, as if it wasn't a place to relax. But that is not all. The worst part, and this reflects the entire structure, is the total lack of privacy from any type of electronic device: men even live on social profiles that frame women, couples and any person. Is there no concept of privacy in here? What's the point of the security lord if I'm in costume being filmed by 100 phones and published on social media as if there were no tomorrow? You should prohibit the use of the telephone, as happens in SERIOUS and competent relaxation centers. The price you ask does not match what you offer, not even close. It has now become a commercial, mainstream and not at all exclusive experience, not even for adults. Be the first to allow access to newborns too, the mess is the same. I will definitely never go back.

Location with good possibilities. Management by little or no professional people. Rules of respect for privacy and hygiene not enforced. Overcrowding of common areas (you wonder why you have to respect entry shifts when the whole world is inside). Spaces in the changing room inadequate for the flow of users. Heterogeneous population of medium-low age with a great desire to Instagram (making videos and photos that frame anyone who happens to be within camera range) and little desire to dedicate themselves to recovering personal well-being. Security personnel attentive to compliance with the minimum rules of civility ABSENT. It is not thermal water but pool water brought to temperature. The couples who were present did not hesitate to indulge in amorous effluvia without any decorum and regardless of the presence of other people. The aperitif included in the price was minimal but well organised. Overall rating VERY BAD. There is a lack of culture in the management and control staff and in the users of the service of what it means to dedicate good time to regenerate... If they were to ever give me an entrance ticket I would exchange it for an entrance to Alcatraz... it would be the same people but dressed and with the same desire to make noise.

Too bad you can't give zero stars!!!
Truly obscene!!!
Terrible service.
They make you book by making you believe that there is a limited number of places, but instead you find an avalanche of people, all crowded together.
In the relaxation areas everyone is shouting and it is impossible to rest...
All the pools have warm, almost cold water...
Zero controls.
There is no bar... if you want to drink something you are forced to pay the buffet €29 per person and eat what they decide until 3.30pm, after which you die of thirst or hunger
They only offer herbal tea and water which unfortunately were empty as there must have been almost 250 pp inside.
€70 wasted....the tub at home was better....
I strongly advise against it

Unbelievably slack in that they advertise that they are open and you can enjoy until 11pm. At 10:25, security starts coming around forcefully telling people it’s closed. Nowhere that I could find in the website or when we checked in and were told yes, open until 11 was it mentioned they want you gone a half hour before close.
The response from management may be that they need you to shower/change, but it’s 22:43 and we are the last ones out.

This place could be wonderful but it’s crazily overcrowded and there’s so many people taking videos and pictures everywhere.
There’s literally no privacy at all, people just recored wherever they want. Phones and cameras should at least be banned in relaxing areas such as saunas, steam rooms, water pools, showers etc but they aren’t. It’s a very very weird environment. We use spas all the time but this is just a social media paradise. Absolute weirdo central. Avoid if you want to relax in peace and privacy.
Also you can’t even buy any alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks you literally have to pay 29 euros for a buffet that comes with a drink. 🤣🤦🏼♂️
For me nothing was warm enough especially pools and steam rooms. There’s far better in this country that’s for sure.
However it does have the potential to be wonderful but unfortunately it’s spoilt by the times of today and their selfies for likes, sad sad times…..

This is a must do experience if you come to Milan with friends or couple. Lockers, towels, flip flops and robes provided as well as refreshements, toiletries, hair dryers, straighteners. Amazing experience with lots of quirky rooms all providing relaxation. A variety of indoor and outdoor pools, sauna’s, steam rooms and relaxation rooms. We felt it was quite expensive but didn’t feel like we over-paid either if that makes sense. It gets very busy by lunch time so I’d recommend going in the morning. We didn’t eat here or have a massage so can’t comment on that. Lovely morning spent relaxing!

We enjoyed the evening general stay - all robes and towels were complimentary and had lockers to store everything while you weren’t needing them (no locks required). The spa consisted of around 15-20 rooms each with a unique experience and was really enjoyable to walk around and explore them. The complimentary food was two drinks of your choice and a sort of snack board.
The bed thing about the experience was that they managed to gauge exactly how many people to let in at once so nowhere felt really oversubscribed at any one time.
Would recommend, good value for money.

The spa was too full and did not allow for a maximum number of entries to ensure the true relaxation experience. It is not acceptable to let in fleets and fleets of people and tourists just to incorporate more and more money and at the same time carry forward an invented philosophy on personal relaxation. Plus the bags they gave up on. Some time ago, there are no longer any ways to carry towels and phones around the facility and so you have to carry everything in your hand and you don't know where to put things when you have to enter swimming pools or saunas. Another thing is the air for lunch and dinner, designed and cared for to perfection but unfortunately very cold, it is not acceptable in the winter months if you go to eat wet or humid from the spa and end up freezing or eating with constant drafts that freeze you the stomach. Ultimately, many structures and spaces were closed and not accessible for maintenance and various works so I believe that a discount (since you do not benefit from all the services that that cost would include) should have done it. Instead of all these negative points I also add a price that has increased dramatically. I frequented them for several years and I can say that once upon a time they cost less and were much, much more focused on well-being and not on pure business. In my opinion it's a shame. Very disappointed. Spend your money on other QCs rather at least enjoy the view!

Linate is the easiest. From there we took the tube/metro to San Babila and enjoed a very pleasant 30 min walk through picturesque streets to the spa. The nearest tube station is Porta Romana but that requires changing lines and not sure how long that would take. We had time between our flight arriving and the appointment starting, so opted for the walk and really enjoyed it. Afterwards we took the tube from Porta Romana to get into the centre for meal and shopping. Highly recommend Osteria da Firtunata in the Brera district. Great food and beautiful area.
