The art combined with the history makes this a great place to visit. Not as awesome as the Domo in Milan, but still very beautiful.

We only decided to visit this place due to a change in the weather and I was really happy that we did. It was worth the visit and the donation. Extremely well organised and not too many areas were restricted.

We love this place. The monument is beautiful, and the place around is lovely. No cars. So delicious during summer evenings.

Overall: well worth stopping by if passing to view the incredible architecture. It's very similar to cathedrals in other Italian cities but really shouldn't be missed. It's free to enter but they do ask for a donation (1 euro)

Shame the fascist priests don't allow you to take pictures of the stunning architecture. The building itself is clean and impressive.

The tourist entrance is used when the Duomo is in Service so non-participating guests will not interrupt the religious program.
