This quaint little church only takes 10 minutes of your time. Don't expect the majesty of some Italian places of worship. However the mosaic style murals are most spiritual.

A spiritual as well as very beautiful house of worship. The lovely portrait of Jesus is most inspiring a great spot for prayer and meditation.

People are busy rushing around but coming and sitting in this place is very serene. The mosaics on the ceiling are well preserved and are beautifully done. This parish church dates back to the 12th century and it is well worth slowing down to appreciate...More

The building commanda by its austerity. Romanesque-Lombard ~ 11-12th centuries. Mosaics reminiscent of a Ravenna quality. Foppa 15th c.atributed triptych and work by Perugino too and size-content elevation in finest poise. The church is not characterised by relief or other material profusion. An example of...More

This church is worth a minute as it is clear Medieval, dating back to the 1200s. There are several icons and wall frescoes that are clearly Medieval. Great altar.

Beautiful little church, unassuming from the outside, exceptional mosaic work inside. I’m not necessarily a church lover but this was worth it.

Unusual church relaxing the typical limestone interior with granite. Wonderful mosaics and a gorgeous alter backdrop.

Not certain, we were there mid day. As with most Catholic Churches, they post a sign listing the hours they are open along with Mass times.

The only photo I have of the altar is the one which I have already put on TripAdvisor. Not sure if that's any good. I do not have one from the back of the church, sorry.
