Although this is a very small garden it is pretty and has some lovely views. The range of plants is a bit limited

A lovely little garden perched on the hillside just outside the walls. You'll need to like gardens but some curious plants and quiet places to sit and enjoy the view

This small and not particularly pretty garden is worth a short detour, mainly for the views. There was little to excite botanically.

It's quite a climb. Check the opening hours because outside the season the garden is closed in the middle of the day, and you have to walk longer to get to the main entrance. It's free of charge, really tiny, but the views are great....More

It's very nice place for relax, to admire the panorama view and a lot of flowers and plants, very peaceful.

Cute little botanical garden on the side of the hill, with a great view over the town. A couple of little ponds with water lilies and an interesting time line of plants as you climb the stairs to the entrance.

It's a pity that the garden isn't larger, as it offers an interesting selection of plants & fantastic views. Try to get it in season, and an hour should be enough allocated time.

10 mins walk from the Natural Science museum,a little uphill. Small so easy to get around . Seated areas to relax. Toilets on site. No glasshouses that I could see.

From the Citta Alta its a short walk up to the botanic garden, but it's all uphill! I've been a few times over the years, its quite small and not that spectacular. What I like is that it provides some good views of the vale...More
