The Galleria Giuseppe Mazzini is a covered walkway located in the center of Genoa, near the Carlo Felice Theater and Piazza De Ferrari.
Named after the patriot Giuseppe Mazzini, it runs parallel to Via Roma, with which it was built between 1870 and 1880 following the example of the famous Paris passages and the Milanese Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, which inspired it. It is one of the examples of the so-called iron architecture.
Nice to walk through, you'll find several shops and restaurants in the gallery, but in my opinion, it looked a bit desolated.
