Bocadasse can be visited by a 45 minute walk along the boulevard from Genova. While slightly overrated as #1 attraction, the old fishing village definitely has some authentic charm and cosines. Few restaurants and bars along a small pebbles beach. Some houses lack proper maintenance....More

Even if it is not located in the main centre of Genova, there is a great view from here. It is also a very romantic and unique place.

A very nice addition to a Genova visit! Very cute beach and a great view of the sea! Boccadasse is not far away from Genova, easily reached by bus or by foot over the Cross Italia.

Enjoy it at sunset. Coulored small houses in a cozy and welcoming place. From here people left for argentina, building the famous Boca district in buones aired.

It was a lovely sunny October day, we strolled along the Corsa Italia from the city centre as we heard about Boccadasse. What a tranquil feeling, it reminded me of a small Cornish fishing village gem or a mini Cinque Terra town, literally a haven....More

Sorry to say that this seems overrated. You have to take the bus and then walk to get to a very small area where there is a rocky beach and few terraces. Nervi way better, just don't get down from the bus and it will...More

Must see in GENOVA. Nice fish restaurants close to shore. A nice, peaceful and relaxing place... You can even swim there in summer season...

This is a charming little fishing port with fantasic views if you are prepared to climb to the top of the Cap di Santa Chiara. There was a excellent little fish restaurant up the track leading to the Church. My only complain is the rubbish...More

Yes, you should! In a day you can take a bus until Boccadasse from the city centre and at the same time visit the old town. Unfortunatly one day isn't enough to visit completely the city, but i think that these two places... More
