Be sure to check when the museum is open. It has limited hours. We were fortunate to be in Aquileia on a Thursday, a day which it is open. We had a personal tour given to us by the docent. She only spoke Italian and...More

We stopped at the paleo-Christian museum on a Friday only to find that it is only open on Thursdays. Very disappointing. We had been here 10 years ago and were looking forward to revisiting.
