This is a nice way to spend an hour. It is mostly a collection of art that one man bought, and while interesting, it is not a show stopper! That said, I did enjoy myself.

I would love to have met Ricci Oddi. I think he would have been fascinating and a good friend for an artist to have. Other reviewers do better than I can at explaining this important collection. This is something of a hidden gem, and would receive much more attention was it located in more popular city like Milan or Bologna, or even Parma. The collection is incredibly relevant, including stand out works from all the most important currents of Italian modern art as well as some from further afield. A number or works from local artist... The halls of the Gallery are dedicated to the regional schools and to the movements :(novecento italiano,symbolism),however,particular areas are dedicated to the most loved artists.The interior of the Gallery is fascinating!!
