An amazing place if you want to know the city in depth from a historical perspective. Audio tours in English are available. Easy to spend 2 or 3 hours in this new museum

Great little museum, especially enjoyed the short 3D animation which tells the history of the city in the last 1000 years.

Great way to get a basic understanding of the history and role of Bologna. Not really geared toward kids, but ours (11-years-old) did okay.

We enjoyed this place, it is well displayed an full of interesting information about the town and its history. Only negative, we had a soup , just few spoonfuls and it was it was 11 Euro each. Spent a total of 24 Euro for nothing!...More
