My friend and I are cooking afficiandos and took a course with Barbara and Valeria. It was a personal, made to order class, resulting in world class cuisine and wonderful techniques. They are two accomplished chefs and make the experience a highlight of your trip!!

We were a family hoping to learn about the right way to cook Italian pasta...... What we encountered were two wonderful women, with lots of patience for young kids and adults who don't know much about cooking. The lessons and cooking were helpful and fun,...More

Barbara and Valeria took us on a wonderful gastro tour, first through Bologna's market then its kitchen, teaching us the secrets of making traditional pasta and real ragu (no spaghetti bolognese here!). Highly recommended and great value for money.

Even as an experienced cook, I learned a lot with Valeria and Barbara. They are fun to be around and love what they do. I made gnocchi at home last week, using the knowledge from their class, and they came out wonderfully!

We cooked risotto, occo bucco and an Italian cake and it was wonderful. Great tuition, well-equipped kitchen and easy to get to.

We attended Valeria and Barbara's pasta making class the week before Christmas and couldn't be happier with our experience. The communication when booking was easy and the class sizes are small. We learned valuable information about making pasta and cooking traditional sauces (I've been doing...More

We are about 6 km far from the airport. Taxi costs 20/25 euros or you can take BLQ bus from the airport to the train station with some stops nearby.
