Parma, Modena, Bologna - this area is all about food. Sure, you can come here and eat it in the wonderful restaurants (which you definitely should), but you'll never think about it the same way again after you go on this tour and see it being made with your own eyes (and taste it too!). The tour is informative and... More

What can I say other than if in Bologna you just have to do this tour. It really is a fantastic day out and you learn so much. Our guide was Alessandro and he was brilliant, extremely knowledgeable, charming and just the best host. The food and drink provided was wonderful and seemingly never ending. Just do it, you won't... I have lived in Central Italy for three years. My wife and I wanted to experience something different in the form of a culinary adventure in the Emilia-Romagna region. Well, allow me to report that the Italian Days Food Experience was one of the best tours we've ever taken (seriously). All of the materials provided by the company give an... More

This is a full, fun day you will always remember. Alessandro is an entertaining, passionate guide to the world of top-grade cheese, basalmic vinegars, prosciutto and wine. Lunch at the country vineyard was spectacular with many courses and many wines to sample. All of the participants greed that tour was a great value.

It was over the top wonderful. It was exactly like I pictured it and read about. More food than the law allowed If you are a foodie or just interested in learning why you will never buy junkie fake cheese in a green shaker can again, this is YOUR trip. Loved loved loved it. Be prepared, it is all day... More

We cannot recommend this food experience more highly. We had a wonderful day visiting the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese makers, Prosciutto di Modena factory & Balsamic Vinegar making family at their charming Osteria. Our tour guide for the day was Eleonora who was absolutely lovely. She could not do enough to make our day more special and she was both entertaining... More

I am a relatively seasoned traveller but I am seldom moved to review any trip, destination or hotel. Perhaps this is a selfish trait, or a lack of passion that my stiff British upper lip has me conditioned to portray. This day of food and wine has torn down 5 decades of reserved behaviour. I will not spoil the experience... More

Truly one of the greatest experiences ever! Toured parmigiana factory then balsamic vinegar factory followed by prosciutto factory and finally a winery with a 3 hour lunch tasting several pastas and several wines and so on and so on. So amazing!! Alessandro was the most incredible tour guide of any trip ever!! Best day of any vacation in 50 years.
