Beginning to end, this is a tour to delight foodies and nit picky eaters alike. Alessandro was charming, and used humor to get all guests involved throughout the tour. Each of the tour stops were excellent. At the Parmigiano Regiano Factory we tasted parmigiana cheese...More

For us the 7 o'clock start whilst on holiday was quite unusual but very well worth it. After an hours drive we were first shown the intricacies of making and maturing parmigiano reggiano followed by the painstaking and slow manufacture of traditional balsamic vinegar of...More

The reason we chose to stay in Bologna was for this tour, and my husband and I were so glad we did!! This is one of the more expensive tours, but 100% worth the money spent and if I could give more than 5 stars...More

Just amazing. Cheese, vinegar, meat, wine sounds ordinary but not on this tour. From breakfast to (late) lunch sampling DOP organic products, seeing how they're made all with Alessandro's passion and knowledge. Worth every Euro!!!

We went a couple of days after Christmas and had a little bit over 20 people on 3 vehicles but it never felt crowded. This was one of the highlight days of our time in Italy.

The cheese factory only accepted cash. The balsamic place accepted credit cards. Other than that, there was nothing to purchase.
