The Monument is positioned at the end of a very long, broad alley, where the street opens into a piazza at the sea. This makes it a very impressive view, towering over the meditereanean sea. It is very nice to sit down on the monument...More

The monument is at the end of a long boulevard and the boulevard is worth walking, taking in the boun passiagiata. An interesting monument is interesting on its own and below the beach

This majestic monument is at the end of A tree-lined avenue. It is truly awesome and beautiful reminder of the past. You can walk all around it.

Memorials are normally emotional. This is in a spectacular spot and the views are really good. There is a new lift that takes you down to the rocky beach, which is a lovely place to walk.
