How very fortunate to be able to see this in my lifetime if only from the outside! So so many people here, everyone trying to get inside, be sure to allow yourself a LOT of time.

Too crowded, disappointed in the behavior and attire of visitors... staff used to enforce requirements and don't do that anymore. Beautiful place to visit, but way too crowded to enjoy it for the serene and inspirational experience it should be.

We arrived at 10am on a Wednesday and saw the pope doing a service in Latin. It was a nice addition to the bucket list. Security personal refused my request for a high five with the pope. Very disappointing
