Did the 'ancient rome' and the 'vatican/sistine chapel' tours. Gabriella (?) who took us round the Colosseum, the forum, etc was hugely knowledgeable having been a 'hand on' archaeologist previously and Alex who took us through the Vatican was also brilliant with funny little tidbits...More

We walked around for 3 hours, saw loads, missed the Sistine chapel as we were 960 th in the. queue, threw 2 coins in the fountain, saw St Peter's, free again good day,ended up with heatstroke, don't go in summer, it,s toooo hot
