Travelled into Rome everyday on the Tram, quicker than the buses as they have dedicated lanes. You can buy Tickets from your Hotel or Tobacco Shops. At time of writing, a ticket costs Euros 1:50 and lasts for 120 minutes of travel from its endorsement....More

Wish we had read the reviews in advance, audio was very broken and not very informative and we were sold a joint ticket for the open bus and archeobus but were then told the archeobus no longer exists! There is also very few stops so...More

The Archeobus is not so bad as one would think while reading the other reviews. It is relative small bus with limited seats. Getting off at a stop always brings the risk of encountering a next bus with no seats felt, meaning you have to...More

So many problems: The website said there was a special for Oct. for 16 euro for 24 hrs -wrong! The kiosk wouldn't honor that price. The earbuds didn't work on any of the buses we rode. At one stop we waited 45 min. for a...More

Visited Rome 10/4/2014 - 10/6/2014. 110 does not appear to manage the number of available buses to support the number of tickets sold. While they advertise a bus every 10 minutes, what they don't mention is more often than not, the bus is full forcing...More

24-hour ticket on hop-on hop-off -bus in Rome. There is a few problems in Rome which, I assume, all the open busses share. The streets are narrow with a lot (!) of traffic. Also there are interesting sites everywhere - an embarrassment of riches. That's...More

We took the archeobus on our last day in Rome, The commentary was rubbish and minimal. Fortunately we had visited all the places already, we would have been extremely disappointed if this was our introduction to Rome

Total exhausting waste of time. We tried to catch the bus at the Colosseum and after waiting15 minutes, a bus appeared. It was full and we had to wait another 45 minutes -- no place to sit. We waited, and about an hour later, the...More

Long long waits. Rude staff. Indian touts around colosseum seemed convincing until I purchased my ticket. English commentary rather poor. Other services have more buses.

Apart from the obvious route which covers some key sights ....albeit parking some distance from them.... this bus tour is fairly low standard. Often the audio didn't work at all....when it did there was interference noise. The driving is APPALLING. On one of several bad...More

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable
