Dear Carrera family....As I wrote in my long email to you, I am happy that you had a wonderful tour with our guides in Rome, where we provided a full day tour for you instead of the 4 hour tour with Vivian giving you a guide for free for three extra hours. And we are truly content that you had a wonderful excursion to Capri! Our partners in Naples say there are no ferry boats from Salerno to Capri, so I am afraid you would have spent an hour going to Naples and coming back in any case in order to catch the hydrofoil! So all together you waited for your driver in Naples for 20min, that's all! I was on top of everything personally from the beginning to end, and we made sure that you would have a smooth day after the initial miscommunication! We provided transportation from and to Naples that was NOT stated in your tour confirmation for free and made sure everyone in your family had a lovely day! In addition, did we offer you a major discount for any other destination you will visit in Europe with Europe4Kids in the future! As I said, we are here to make happy clients and we strive to improve our services every day, work around the clock and make miracles happen and dreams come true for our clients! This really is NOT a question but is a statement. I, and my wife, did use Rome4kidstour when we visited in April of this year AND found this group to be absolutely Professional and Excellent. Our trip was highlighted by our tour of the Vatican and St.Peters and by our Wonderful guide VIVI. I have recommended this group to many people and I have the UTMOST trust in their professionalism!
I will certainly use them again when visiting.
