don't waste your time to go to see it... long lines to take a picture, there is a replica in the airport, leaving Rome you take the picture and save a lot of time.

Bocca della Verita, the mouth of truth, was made famous by the Roman holiday movie. Therefore, you can find it in many theme parks worldwide. Here's the original, but it is far away from a must see. I suggest visiting it only if you're in...More

Stop by and visit one of the symbols of the city that we all know. Nice piece of history, folklore, a lovely little church & a super photo opportunity. Make a donation on the way through as there is no entrance fee. And the gentleman...More

there was a bit of a queue to place your hand in the bocca della verita, but moved quickly and it entertained the children. As we queued we tried to decipher some Latin inscriptions and admired the carving around the doorway to the church. The...More

The actual attraction itself isn't that amazing! It's just a stone face and a small church! But it is quite funny and can give a few good photos! Don't be tricked or forced into pay donations! It is entirely your choice to donate and there...More

This is the Mouth of Truth from the Roman Holidays with Audrey Hepburn. The que is always big and you have to pay a fee in order to take a picture with it.

My wife and I visited this, as all do, due to the 'Roman Holiday' romantic aspect of Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck. It's a quick picture opportunity, the church is more the attraction with wonderful art work, so take the time to pop in.

Having walked around repeatedly, we realised wed been looking at the church for sometime, but it was unrecognisable as it was boarded up. The one good point is this costs nothing, but it was a bit of a letdown.

Contrary to the chaos of the city, the Aventine is
Rome’s oasis. A neighbourhood made up of a patchwork
of ancient churches, hidden gardens, private homes and
embassies, peace and quiet is top priority and the
vibe definitely friends and family. Take a walk around
the Aventine and you’ll find a treasure hunt of
surprises like the clever little keyhole at the
Knights of Malta entrance (the only place you’ll find
