My wife, my 5 children, and I travelled to Italy this summer (August 2016) to visit family. My wife and I are first generation Italian Canadians, and we both grew up with our mothers making fresh pasta and authentic Italian food. We went to the historic medieval village of Mazzano with chefs Marinella and Marco for an absolutely wonderful day... More

I loved this cooking experience! Shopping in the Campo Di Fiore market for fresh veggies, meats, and cream, then walking to the cooking studio on the island of Tiberina. The studio was beautiful and Chef Paulo was amazing. We learned how to make three types of pasta. Everything we made was so fresh and delicious! We even got to meet... More

Our group of 5 participated in this class, loved the experience of visiting Rome's outdoor market followed by learning to cook with the ingredients purchased there. We continue to talk about that day and the techniques that were learned even now that we are back home! Pasta maker's have been purchased along with the proper semolina and 00 flour and... More

Chef Victoria is a fantastic chef and instructor. We were involved in the fresh food selections at the local markets. Once in the kitchen and the prep work began, it experience was absolutely wonderful and to know that you are involved in the creation. Small group no more than 8. I highly recommend this class.

I cannot say enough about this day trip. We drove to a small town outside Rome called Mezzano. First we shopped for the food we were going to prepare. Our chef, Francesco, was friendly and easy to understand. The town was picturesque and the country home was utterly charming. We cooked, we drank, we made new friends, and WE ATE!!... More

Our family of 4 (kids aged 11 and 9) went on the Rome walking food tour with Fabiolous and had the most wonderful day. We met at 9:30 and walked to Campo de Fiori to shop for ingredients for our class. All food preferences and allergies were catered for. Marinella was our chef for the day and took us shopping... We met our chef, Vittoria at the appointed time and place and she took us on a whirl tour of Campo di Fiori. What a truly enjoyable experience! We were picked up on time from our hotel and driven to the countryside. On the way we stopped at three different markets to pick up the ingredients that we would make for lunch. Our guide and Chef Franko was a delight. He was so informative and a wonderful Chef! The medieval village had only... More

We didn't have time for a full day of cooking, so we opted for an evening of learning to make pizza. There were only seven people in the class, so everyone was able to get individual attention. It was a bit of a tight squeeze, since class took place in a small, busy restaurant, but we had enough room to... More
