Recommended by a local hotel receptionist to this superb local enoteca. Just walkover, got a table and watched the large number of locals, families and groups of young people. Very knowledgable staff, happy to match wine and food; extensive selection of cold meats and cheeses, throw yourself at the waiters mercy and be brave. In fact we went back the... More

Had been to this restaurant before and specifically looked for it again this time. Yet again the food was superb. The wine that we chose, we couldn't believe that it was only relatively cheap. Look forward to next time

Recommended by a friend but stumbled upon by accident. Took a break from the madness of the piazza and had some olives and a glass of wine in this excellent restaurant. Attentive staff but relaxed and friendly. Didn't have a main course but all around were enjoying the fare on offer. Worth a visit

This place has been blown up to be a great food place.....forget it. The wine list is great and the wine we ordered was great also. I asked for meat ball and was served fried battered burger meat, terrible......there has got to be better places in Rome to eat

What a great wine bar! We had the best Pinot Grigio ever! The choice is unbelievable. It's quaint with nothing flash.....there is food not a huge range but besides the salads and a few pastas there are cold cuts of meats, a large range of cheeses. Everything you could want with a glass of something!....and it is not expensive but... More

Was recommended Cul De Sac by a Roman local. Was not disappointed. Staff was very knowledgeable, recommending our wine. My wife and I shared the meatballs and a cheese/cured meat plate. Very pleased with both. Would go back!

We came here 2 times during or 3 day stay. The food is really nice and we tried a lot of it, the wine is even better. So many options. My favorite was an particular sicilian desert wine. The people in Italy are very friendly and when it comes to food they are eager to let you share dinners/food. In... More
